UNC DAVIS
The UNC Chapel Hill Davis Building project was the renovation of a 426,666 square foot library and office facility. It is the largest educational facility on the University’s campus. The project was divided into nine 60-day phases. The building was occupied during the duration of the construction. All phases were completed ahead of the 60-day schedule and within the client’s budget.
